How long does shipping take?

We dispatch online orders every business day, get you order in by 2pm and it is typically shipped the same business day. We use registered express shipping which typically arrives with 48 hours to capital cities.

How do I ensure I get the right band size?

Getting a comfortable fit is easy. For metal bracelets, we recommend measuring your wrist with a flexible tape measure; we can pre-adjust the links for you before shipping so it’s ready to wear. For leather or rubber straps, most of our timepieces come in "Standard" lengths that fit the vast majority of wrists, but you can always check the "Lug Width" in our product specs if you are looking to purchase a replacement band.

Unlike "grey market" online sellers, being an Authorised Dealer allows us to provide you with a valid stamped warranty, access to genuine spare parts, and specialised aftercare that protects your investment for the long term.

What is your returns policy?

If your new Watsons Jewellers purchase just isn't for you, that's okay. As a valued customer of ours, we wish to make your refund or exchange as simple and stress-free as possible.

For change of mind all you have to do is let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for you to return it to us for a full exchange or refund.

Can I wear my watch in the water?

Water resistance varies significantly by model and brand. While a G-Shock or Seiko Prospex is built for diving and heavy water exposure, a dress watch may only be "splash-resistant." We always recommend checking the Depth rating in the product description before getting your watch wet, and remember, even with water-resistant watches, you should never press buttons or pull the crown while submerged.
