SEIKO 5: Entry level into the SEIKO automatic range these watches are referred to as the SEIKO 5 range for the five key features that the watch range promises. An automatic movement, water resistance, a day and date display, durable case and a recessed crown. The SEIKO 5 range can be easily identified by the SEIKO 5 logo- a no. 5 rotated 45 degrees to the left.
BRUCE LEE- To celebrate the 55th anniversary of the SEIKO 5 range Seiko have collaborated with Bruce Lee, to bring a limited edition watch. The timepiece features a black dial with an etched dragon design, the same design that Bruce Lee drew. The dial of the watch also features gold toned highlights and a day and date window. The case of the watch features a black bezel that represents the spirit of Jeet Kune Do with a phrase that translates to ‘Using no way as way; having no limitation as limitation’. The case of the watch is made from black plated stainless-steel and measures 42.5mm wide. The semi exhibition case back features the yin-yang symbol as well as limited edition and the limited-edition number out of 15,000. The look of the watch is finished off with two bands, a black leather band that features the dragon symbol on the inside or a yellow nylon strap, inspired by the tracksuit worn by Bruce Lee. This watch comes in a presentation box with Lee’s signature.
