Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Watsons offers free delivery within Australia for all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $15.

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sales or high demand periods like Christmas. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. Alternatively, you can track your delivery on the Australia Post website.
