How long does shipping take?

We dispatch online orders every business day, get you order in by 2pm and it is typically shipped the same business day. We use registered express shipping which typically arrives with 48 hours to capital cities.

How do I get the right size?

To choose the right size, we recommend checking the product details on each item page and comparing them with a piece of jewellery you already wear and love. For rings especially, getting the correct fit is important, so if you are unsure of your ring size, our team can help guide you before you order.

If you are buying as a gift and do not know the exact size, selecting a necklace, bracelet or earrings can often be an easier option.

Are the diamonds in the Quamby Collection natural or lab grown?

The Quamby Collection includes selected lab grown diamond pieces. Where this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page so you can shop with confidence. If you would like help comparing styles or understanding the difference, our team is always happy to assist.

For natural diamonds we use ethically sourced certified stones.

What is your returns policy?

If your new Watsons Jewellers purchase just isn't for you, that's okay. As a valued customer of ours, we wish to make your refund or exchange as simple and stress-free as possible.

For change of mind all you have to do is let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for you to return it to us for a full exchange or refund.
